Dr. Nicholas Ioannides, Director & Occupational Physician

Dr. Nicholas Ioannides is an experienced Occupational and Aviation Medicine Specialist with a strong background in workplace health, safety, and regulatory compliance. A Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational & Environmental Medicine (AFOEM), he has extensive expertise in occupational health assessments, injury management, and workplace risk evaluation across various industries.
He has held key roles in major organisations such as Qantas Airways, Virgin Australia Airlines, Air New Zealand and leading occupational health clinics, where he has provided medical oversight and ensured regulatory adherence.
With additional certifications as an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) and Medical Review Officer, Dr. Ioannides is highly skilled in assessing fitness for duty, return-to-work planning, and safety-critical medical evaluations.
Dr. Ioannides is an active member of professional organizations, including the Australasian Society of Aerospace Medicine (ASAM), the Aerospace Medical Association (AsMA), and the Australian & New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine (ANZSOM). He continues to support businesses and employees in fostering safer, healthier work environments through evidence-based occupational health practices.
Dr Sally Ioannides, Clinical Director

Dr Sally Ioannides is a public health physician with over 15 years of experience in clinical care, population health, health policy, and leadership across Australia and New Zealand. As Clinical Director of OHS, she is focusing on the delivery of proactive, evidence-based health solutions that improve workforce wellbeing and reduce preventable illness and injury.
A Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine (RACP), Dr Ioannides holds a PhD and MPH (Distinction) from the University of Otago and is completing a Master of Health Leadership and Management from the University of New South Wales, where she has been recognised for academic excellence.
Dr Ioannides brings experience in designing and evaluating preventive health programs at scale—spanning the early life determinants of health to chronic disease prevention. Her work has directly informed policy at national and international levels, and she is widely published in peer-reviewed journals.
At the core of her business is a commitment to evidence-informed occupational health services that prioritise early intervention, risk reduction, and organisational resilience. Combining strategic governance capability with a clinical understanding of population risk, Dr Ioannides is uniquely positioned to lead in the delivery of high-quality, preventive workplace health solutions
